Event Day Coordination

If you want to plan the majority of your event but would like the professional assistance on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly, this could be the answer for you. RED aims to prevent problems arising and to deal with any that do efficiently, so that you can relax and totally enjoy your event.

RED can meet you as often as necessary prior to the event to gain a crystal clear understanding of what you envisage for the day. We attend pre-event meetings, liaise with suppliers and venues ensuring that the event will be just as you imagined, running smoothly, according to schedule, with every last detail checked.
